  • We are on a Mission to Empower + Support women who are making the world a better place with nonprofit work. Through the Carrie Dorr Foundation, O44 will gift $10,000 annually to aid female owned non-profit organizations.
  • A rotating philanthropy board made up of O44 Teachers, Board + Council Members will allocate funds to various 501(c)3 organizations.
