HARD BOILED EGGS USING THE PRESSURE COOKER

Hard Boiled Eggs using the Pressure Cooker

By Frank Dorr

Using the pressure cooker and the 5-5-5- method is the simplest way to make hard boiled eggs!

Ingredients

1. Eggs

Instructions

This process is really simple with a Pressure cooker. You will need to use the steaming rack that comes with most Instant Pots. Pour 1 inch of hot water in the bottom of the pressure cooker and spread the eggs out on the steaming rack. You do not want them to touch. Pressure cook for 5 minutes, then allow a 5 minute natural steam release. Immediately release the remaining pressure and transfer the eggs to an ice bath. Leave them in the ice bath for 5 minutes to quickly end the cooking process and they will be perfectly cooked.
