Ingredients
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- generous amount of freshly ground black pepper
- pink of red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
In a high speed blender, combine ingredients and blend until smooth.
