Why do you teach?
I have always had a heart for meaningful connections, health and service to others. I believe that we all have something within us that can benefit someone else. For me I found that teaching fulfills all three and has the potential for a greater reach. It’s the ripple effect; helping people feel good and achieve their goals in turn sends that goodness outwards.
What do you do when you are not teaching?
I am a wife and a mom of four - 2 girls and 2 boys. We recently welcomed our very first family pup. His name is Kona Cannoli aka. “The goodest boy” (most of the time). When I am not teaching you will find me in the stands cheering on my children’s school activities - lacrosse and cheer! If I’m not on the sidelines I’m on the beach watching my husband and our children surf as I play “mamarrazzi” with my camera. Beyond that, I enjoy reading up on the latest in clean beauty, health/wellness, volunteering at my children’s school and baking.
Unique + Fun Fact About Yourself:
I lived in Italy for 4 years of my childhood. I learned to speak Tagalog at the age of 7 during an extended visit to the Philippines. I cheered throughout my high school years and yet I still do not have a full understanding of the game of football (my poor husband). I ran my first ever organized race last year and realized I liked running!

The Golden Rule
I fell in love with the island of Maui the first time we visited. If I could have a second home it would definitely be there.
