O44 Online Workouts mimic our studio class with the exception of utilizing the Resistance Wall. Each workout is full-body and combines Strength and Cardio while concluding with Stretch + Mindfulness, allowing you to achieve optimal results for both body and mind. To read more about the Method, please click here. Workouts utilize weights, ankle weights, resistance bands, a pilates ball and step.

O44 Online Workouts are released in quarterly packs. Each pack includes 12 new workouts with the strong suggestion of doing one new workout each week. We are believers in repetition. The more you do the formulated pattern the deeper work you will get, achieving better results for both body and mind. Workouts run approximately 40 minutes and can be accessed anytime and anywhere and are your’s to keep!
