O44 Licensing, LLC (“O44”) values your privacy. The primary purpose of this Privacy Policy ("Policy") is to describe our collection, use, and disclosure of information we collect about users of our website, www.o44method.com (our “Website”). This Privacy Policy supplements and forms a part of O44’s Terms of Service.


O44 collects two types of information:

  1. Information You Provide – When you create an account or sign up for a Subscription, we collect and store your name and other personally-identifiable information that you provide. We use this information to provide the services that you request from us and to let you know of additional goods and services you might be interested in.  
  2. Information Collected Automatically (Tracking + Cookies) – We automatically gather general statistical information about our Website and visitors, such as IP addresses, web browsers, pages viewed, number of visitors, services purchased, etc, but we do not reference you by personally identifiable information. We use this data in aggregate form to determine how our Website is used so we can improve it as well as how to better serve you.


We do not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent, except as may be necessary to deliver email messages to you, provide analytics and systems analysis for our internal use, process your payment information and/or provide other products and services that you have requested from us.


Some of the functionality on our Website is provided through other services or websites such as YouTube. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including third party websites, services and applications that you elect to access in connection with the O44, or to individuals that we do not manage or employ. While we attempt to facilitate access only to those third party services that share our respect for your privacy, we cannot take responsibility for the content or privacy policies of those third party services. O44 is intended for a general audience, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. This Privacy Policy is intended to cover collection of information from residents of the United States. If you are accessing O44 from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located. The data protection and other laws of the United States might not be as comprehensive as those in your country.


We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices and services. When we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will at a minimum revise the “last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy when we post the new Privacy Policy. If you use O44 after changes to the Privacy Policy have been posted, you are agreeing to all of those changes.
