  • 1. 1 1/2 tbsp horseradish
    2. 1 large clove garlic
    3. 1 tbsp minced shallot
    4. 1 tsp honey
    5. 2 tbsp Champagne vinegar
    6. 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    7. 1/2 tsp Pepper
    8. tbsp Dijon mustard
