RASPBERRY CREAMSICLE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

1. 1 1/2 cups almond milk [unsweetened]

2. 1 cup raspberries [fresh OR frozen]

3. 1/2 cup cauliflower rice [frozen - pre-riced]

4. 2 Tbsp macadamia nuts OR cashews

5. 1/2 cup plain dairy free yogurt [of choice] or 2 Tbsp clean vanilla protein powder of choice + 1/2 cup ice

6. 1 tsp vanilla extract

7. 1-2 tsp honey [optional]

Instructions

1. blend // sip // savor // repeat

ALMOND MATCHA GREEN SMOOTHIE

Yields 8 cups

Ingredients

1. 2 cups almond milk (preferably homemade, recipe in our book)

2. 1 frozen banana

3. 2 handfuls of spinach or kale

4. 1 TB almond butter

5. 1 tsp matcha

Directions

1. In a high-speed blender combine almond milk, banana, spinach, almond butter, and matcha until creamy. Serve immediately.
