There is nothing quite like the O44 METHOD®.

Our programming is a unique formulation of resistance, repetition and cardio integration all driven by the beat, making it extremely effective and fun!


STRENGTH + CARDIO

Every workout utilizes our O44 Resistance Wall, O44 Plyobox and V2 Max Reformer. The Resistance Wall and Reformers allow for strength, mobility and stability exercises while cardio exercises are performed on our O44 Plyoboxes and Reformer Jumpboards.

MULTI-SOURCED RESISTANCE

Each class is choreographed in our just-right formulation to improve cardiovascular health, strength, mobility, stability, cognitive function and presence. We intentionally conclude our sessions concludes with breathwork and meditation.

JUST-RIGHT FORMULATION

In conjunction with the Resistance Wall Tubing and Reformer Springs, we integrate additional resistance and weight with: kettlebells, hand weights, ankle weights, medicine balls and hip bands.

DESIGN-SMART STUDIOS

With 10 stations, our studios are designed to bring people together in an intimate, welcoming and warm way. They are light, minimalistic, clean and inspirational.

Our studios are owned by passionate franchisees and workouts are led by well-trained, seasoned, fantastic teachers. O44 METHOD® is offered in small group classes as well as private and semi-private sessions.
