O44 METHOD® AT-HOME WELLBEING PLATFORM DEETS

Workouts run approximately 45-50 minutes and are divided in to the following 3 categories:

O44 METHOD PLYOBOX + TUBING- Utilizing the O44 Plyobox + Resistance Tubing, Heavy Weights [10 lbs], Light Weights [5 lbs], Ankle Weights [2 lbs each], Kettlebell [15 lbs]Squishy Ball and Hip Band.

O44 METHOD REFORMER- Utilizing a Merrithew V2 Max Reformer, Heavy Weights [10 lbs], Light Weights [5 lbs], Ankle Weights [2 lbs each], Kettlebell [15 lbs], Squishy Ball and Hip Band.

O44 METHOD TRAVEL- Utilizing a Squishy Ball, Resistance Tubing and Hip Band.

You are welcome to use whatever equipment you already have but if you are looking to purchase equipment all my recommendations are HERE in a consolidated list with links.

I do not believe in “more is more” so you will not see a huge library of workouts. Every week a new Plyobox + Tubing workout and new Reformer workout will be added and one of each will drop off. I am a big believer in the right amount of repetition and encourage you to repeat the workouts as it will yield the best results. New travel workouts will be added periodically.

The workouts are shot without music due to copyright and licensing laws. I am wearing headphones and you can listen to the playlist I am listening to with the Spotify links provided. You will see a headphone symbol which will take you to the respective playlist. All the playlists I use are interchangeable so you can mix them up if you’d like. When you see me switch the song on my phone, you could also switch the song with me. If this seems like too much hassle, then either turn some of your own music on in the background or go without. Whatever works best for you.
