RECIPE: Green Goddess Dressing

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup cashews soaked

1/2 cup parsley leaves + stems

1/2 cup cilantro leaves + stems

1/2 cup basil leaves

3 TBSP lime juice

2 TBSP apple cider vinegar

1 TBSP maple syrup

1/4 tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak the cashews in warm water for about an hour. Drain the cashews. In a food processor or high-speed blender, place all the ingredients and 1/2 cup of water and blend until smooth. Add up to another 1/4 cup water for a thinner texture if desired.
