RECIPE: Hummus
INGREDIENTS
2 15 oz cans garbanzo beans drained
3 TBSP lemon juice
3 TBSP olive oil
1/3 cup raw tahini
1 clove grated garlic
1.5 tsp baking soda
2 tsp Sumac
INSTRUCTIONS
Throw everything in a food processor and while it’s processing drop in 4 ice cubes one at a time.
