RECIPE: Oat Chia Pancakes
Mix Dry Ingredients
2 cups oat flour
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds
Mix Wet Ingredients
1.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup almond pulp or 2 tbsp almond butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Add 1 to 2 tbsp coconut oil, olive oil, or avocado Oil
Combine. Let the batter rest for 20 mins before cooking.
