RECIPE: Oat Snack Cookies
Ingredients
2 cups Oats
1/4 cup Protein Powder- Plant or Whey, Vanilla or Unflavored
2 TBSP Creatine Powder
1 Banana
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup homemade almond milk [or store-bought no sugar added]
3 TBSP Maple Syrup
1/3 cup raisins [optional]
Instructions
Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes.
