RECIPE: Salad Dressings

LEMON DIJON

Ingredients

1 cup olive oil

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup dijon

1 TBSP lemon zest

1 small shallot chopped

Instructions

Place all ingredients in mason jar and shake

DAIRY-FREE RANCH

Ingredients

2 tablespoons minced chives

1 clove garlic, grated

¼ cup soy-free vegenaise

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

kosher salt

fresh-cracked black pepper

Place all ingredients in mason jar and shake

SHERRY THYME

Ingredients

2/3 cup sherry vinegar

1/2 cup olive oil

1 TBSP honey

2 TBSP dijon

1 small shallot minced

leaves from 4 sprigs of Thyme

Instructions

Place all ingredients in mason jar and shake

PARMESAN VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients

1 tbsp minced garlic

1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

1/4 cup extra—virgin olive oil

1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese, divided

Instructions

Whisk together garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes in a medium mixing bowl.
