Ingredients

Spinach

Red Onion (thin sliced)

Goat Cheese

Fresh sliced Strawberries

Toasted Pecans

Ingredients-Balsamic Vinaigrette

1/2 cup Olive Oil

1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 tsp Honey

1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

Toss spinach with dressing and top with onion, goat cheese, strawberries and pecans.

Instructions- Dressing

Mix in an air tight container and store in the fridge.
