O44 METHOD®
There is nothing quite like the O44 METHOD®. Our programming is a unique formulation of resistance, repetition and cardio integration all driven by the beat, making it extremely effective and fun!
O44 METHOD® not only produces results, it brings people together creating a space for in-person connection and community.
OUR BUSINESS MODEL
Our business model was methodically and intentionally designed to be smart, lean and efficient. The company is led by Carrie Dorr, an experienced and authentic innovator, teacher. studio operator and franchisor who has been trailblazing the industry since 1992. As of November, 2023, we are able to offer O44 METHOD® franchises in select states.

OUR GROUP CLASSES
Our Group Classes we utilize our O44 Resistance Wall, O44 Plyobox and V2 Max Reformer. The Resistance Wall and Reformers allow for strength, mobility and stability exercises while cardio exercises are performed on our O44 Plyoboxes and Reformer Jumpboards. We integrate additional resistance with: kettlebells, hand weights, ankle weights, medicine balls and hip bands.
Each class is choreographed in our just-right formulation to improve cardiovascular health, strength, mobility, stability, cognitive function and presence. We intentionally conclude our sessions concludes with breathwork and meditation.
PRIVATE + SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS
While our Group Classes are offered at peak times, we utilize our studios to teach private and semi-private sessions during non-peak times. Multiple private sessions can be going on at once.
Our business model is intentionally designed as a hybrid of boutique Group Fitness and Private Pilates training which solves the long-time challenges a single disciplined studio faces: revenue restraints during “down hours” and not enough variety and income for teachers.
OUR STUDIOS
With 10 stations, our studios bring people together in an intimate, welcoming and warm way. They are light, minimalistic, clean and inspirational.
Our studios are designed to be aesthetically beautiful yet still functional and economical. At 1,200 square feet, real estate options are extensive and construction is simple. Equipment can be leased making the initial investment and lead time low.

We bring decades of experience and a deep understanding of program creation, training, choreography and teaching to our gold standard training program and ongoing choreography.
