O44 METHOD©

There is nothing quite like the O44 METHOD®.

Our METHOD is a just-right formulation of Progressive and Traditional Pilates, Functional Strength Training and Cardio Exercises which delivers an athletic full body workout with proven results.

Each O44 METHOD® workout includes exercises that focus on the below:

STRENGTH+STABILITY+ POSTURE

Strength exercises are performed utilizing our O44 Resistance Wall, V2 Max Reformers and small equipment such as kettlebells, hand weights, ankle weights, medicine balls and hip bands to build Muscle Strength and improve Stability and Posture.

CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH

Our Programming is thoughtfully designed with a focus on Mobility and Flexibility.

EMOTIONAL HEALTH

Our Studios are designed to create an intimate environment, fostering a Connected Community benefiting emotional health.

MOBILITY + FLEXIBILITY

Our Cardio segments are a blend of traditional conditioning exercises and step aerobics most often performed on our O44 Plyo Boxes but also on our V2 Max Reformer Jump Boards to improve our Heart Health.

COGNITIVE HEALTH

Our Choreography has an intentional amount pattern, begins on dominant and non-dominant sides and is driven by the beat with our Cognitive Health in mind.

RECOVERY + REST

We intentionally conclude our sessions with breathwork and meditation to calm our parasympathetic nervous system.

FUN

In addition to our workouts focusing on Strength, Stability, Posture, Cardiovascular + Cognitive Health, Mobility, Flexibility, Recovery and Emotional Health, we believe having fun is part of living Well and we actually have a lot of FUN doing this workout!
