EXPERIENCE | 20+ years experience in the fitness industry. Pilates trained in NYC back in 2002. First Pilates studio in Saginaw, MI in 2006! Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology from Central Michigan University.
HER WORDS | My favorite thing about owning a studio is everything…I can’t pick one thing I love it ALL. I want to make an impact by being a positive light to others…helping them get through the heavy stuff and making the great stuff even better. Having an O44 Studio allows me to help people see and reach their potential so they feel alive and strong and can take on anything!
